About the opportunity Join our Xplor Pay Team as a Business Development Manager in Australia. We aim to enrich our customers' experiences.
Reporting to the Director of Payments, you'll drive growth, build relationships, identify & convert prospects, and achieve financial targets.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify, attract, and convert business opportunities.
- Support new business by completing sales demos (remote & in person), contributing to marketing strategies, and generating sales proposals.
- Research prospects using online platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn), marketing lists, and events.
- Manage prospect relationships to ensure a strong sales pipeline and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Develop strong networks and referral relationships.
- Research organizations and identify opportunities for Xplor Pay services.
- Collaborate with the Director of Payments, Account Managers, and Account Administrators.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Executive, Business Development, or Sales Management.
- Experience selling direct Payments and Software Integrated Payments is advantageous.
- Experience in contract negotiation and account development.
- Experience managing client relationships at multiple levels.
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with strong goal-drive.
- Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
