Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Netherlands (EBPT NL) is seeking an experienced and client-focused Business Development Manager – Biologics to strengthen our Biologics sales team.
This role primarily focuses on account management and strategic collaboration with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to grow service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Create and execute detailed account management plans to drive retention and growth.
- Leverage knowledge of biologics analytical and GMP regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations and Project Management teams.
- Conduct regular client reviews.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Contribute to the company’s sales strategy by conducting market research.
- Apply data-driven decision-making.
- Represent Eurofins at industry events.
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
- Participate in internal initiatives to enhance client experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum M.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations and biologics analytical requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex client accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Dutch is preferred.
- Valid Dutch work permit.
