Job Details
This role requires intelligence, creativity, clear communication, and strong attention to detail. As a BDR, you'll handle outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and account research to connect with ideal prospects struggling with digital employee experiences.
Daily Tasks: Connect with enterprise IT professionals via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels. Initiate conversations about their challenges and goals, showcasing your solution's value.
Responsibilities:
- Generate a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media, video).
- Identify and engage key accounts.
- Qualify and convert inbound leads.
- Work with the sales team to create qualified opportunities.
- Follow up on campaigns and events.
- Prospect at C-level, VP, and Director levels.
- Articulate the solution's value to both technical and non-technical buyers.
Required Profile:
- Strong desire to drive new business.
- Previous BDR experience within a software organization.
- Experience with enterprise IT (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent English and Native German speaker.
- Open to occasional travel.
