Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research & Outreach
  • Research potential customers, industries, and markets. Initiate outreach to key decision-makers in targeted companies.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Utilize channels like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound emails, cold calling, and referrals to generate a pipeline of qualified leads.

Follow-Up & Nurturing

  • Engage with prospects through personalized follow-ups, guiding them through the sales funnel and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or AI-related sales role.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft impactful outreach messages.
  • Proven success in generating and qualifying leads in a fast-paced environment.
