Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Outreach
- Research potential customers, industries, and markets. Initiate outreach to key decision-makers in targeted companies.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Utilize channels like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound emails, cold calling, and referrals to generate a pipeline of qualified leads.
Follow-Up & Nurturing
- Engage with prospects through personalized follow-ups, guiding them through the sales funnel and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or AI-related sales role.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft impactful outreach messages.
- Proven success in generating and qualifying leads in a fast-paced environment.
