Our experts, former practitioners, provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to state and local health & human services (HHS) agencies (public health, Medicaid, human services, behavioral health). We aim to deliver impactful solutions.
We seek a dynamic and experienced Client Partner to lead account strategies and create expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Vision Casting: Develop a compelling vision for clients, aligning Resultant's capabilities with client goals.
- Strategic Contracting: Determine best contract types and justify them, facilitate amendments.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of trends impacting clients.
- Business Development: Identify high-value work (cross-selling), expand existing projects, and create new offerings.
- Client Engagement: Track work progress, connect it to client goals, and find expansion opportunities.
- Strategic Pricing and Risk Management: Develop pricing strategies, manage risks, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Relationship Building: Build key executive relationships, act as a client advocate, and demonstrate the value of Resultant as a partner.
- Referrals: Actively seek client referrals and promote Resultant to peers.
- Long-Term Planning: Anticipate client needs and manage a backlog of future projects.
- Sales Partnership: Manage the hand-off to delivery teams, create account plans, and execute sales strategies.
- Outcome Measurement: Define outcome achievement measures during the sales cycle to demonstrate impact.
- Thought Leadership: Promote Resultant at conferences, participate in panels, and collaborate on industry content.
- Client Understanding: Fully understand client goals to identify growth opportunities.
Experience requirements:
- 5+ years in public sector HHS consulting with revenue generation.
- In-depth knowledge of the HHS landscape, procurement, and public sector funding.
- Strong track record of building executive client relationships.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large-scale data/IT solutions is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
