Resultant is a rapidly growing consulting firm specializing in helping public sector clients navigate IT, data, and management challenges.
We seek a dynamic and experienced Client Partner to drive strategy, business development, and offering development for the Workforce and Economic Development practice.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute business development efforts, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Define workforce and economic development market offerings, expand government sector presence with go-to-market strategies.
- Position Resultant as a trusted advisor and innovator, supporting expansion into new markets.
- Lead client portfolios, complementing delivery resources (no direct delivery responsibility).
- Vision Casting: Align clients with Resultant's capabilities.
- Strategic Contracting: Determine and justify contract types.
- Industry Expertise: Understand trends and articulate project impacts.
- Business Development: Identify cross-sell opportunities, extend existing work, and create new offerings.
- Client Engagement: Track current work's progress.
- Relationship Building: Develop and manage key executive relationships.
- Referrals: Ensure client referrals.
- Strategic Pricing and Risk Management: Develop and execute pricing/risk strategies.
- Long-Term Strategic Planning: Anticipate client needs.
- Sales Partnership: Coordinate handoffs to delivery teams.
- Client Satisfaction: Manage client feedback surveys.
- Outcome Measurement: Define outcome measurement methods.
- Thought Leadership: Promote Resultant at industry events.
- Client Understanding: Understand client's short and long-term goals.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in consulting and revenue generation.
- Proven leadership in strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Knowledge of Workforce and Economic Development sectors.
- Experience in managing executive-level client relationships.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work across internal teams.
- Passion for research and innovation.
- Public Sector Experience (preferred).
Education and Requirements: Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees preferred.
Travel: Up to 10-15% travel.
