Client Success Manager
Help our client's customers win fast, win big, and ensure renewals or advancement to their next-level coaching program. Assist health professionals in growing their online coaching businesses. Previous experience in digital/coaching business and marketing is required.
You'll build long-term relationships, orientate clients, and guide them through our client's training. Manage a client base of over 100+.
Responsibilities Include:
- Onboarding calls for new clients, ensuring clear understanding of program start-up and focus areas for fast wins.
- 1:1 and group calls to guide clients through the program, explaining resources.
- CRM (Ontraport) updates with client progress notes, tracking their 'traffic light' status (Green, Yellow, Red).
- Renewal conversation calls toward the end of each contract.
- Engage in private community (Skool) to address sticking points, mindset, and self-belief.
- Attend weekly team, client success, and one-on-one meetings.
- Submit weekly reviews to solve problems and review KPIs.
Outcomes/KPIs:
- Maintain weekly pulse on all clients, updating traffic lights.
- Ensure no clients reach 'red' status, and turn 'yellow' into 'green'.
- Achieve >70% client renewal rate.
- Maintain 90% client 'green' status.
Time & Commitment:
- Flexible schedule, but dedicated time slots required for kickstart calls, SWAT sessions, 1:1/group calls with clients, successful client interviews for social proof.
- Daily Slack communication availability.
Experience Required:
- 2-5+ years of client success/account management, preferably in coaching or digital marketing.
- Ability to manage 100+ clients.
- 1+ year of digital marketing experience (webinars, funnels, ads, social media).
- Experience running or managing/coaching webinars, funnels, etc.
Additional Requirements:
- North American based, English native speaker.
- Highly organized and able to manage a large client base.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a growth mindset.
- Consistent and reliable team member.
- Training or experience with prominent coaching influencers (e.g., Tony Robbins, Brendan Burchard).
