Job Details
We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join Procore’s Sales team.
In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for existing strategic mid-size accounts while maximizing renewals and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for your geographic territory, building and maintaining customer relationships, highlighting Procore's value, and deepening customer attachment.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success to drive product adoption, retention, and increased spend (upsell/cross-sell).
- Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and gather business requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
- Stay informed about key competitors to effectively communicate Procore's value.
- Manage and maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and account information within Salesforce.
- Coordinate internal resources to solve client issues and execute service agreements.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and French preferred
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of successful software sales, preferably B2B
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
- Proven success in an inside sales model
- Ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
- Post-sale revenue expansion experience preferred
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce

Remote from a Canadian location or Toronto office.
