Customer Engineer Sr Manager is responsible for technical support in the pre- and post-sale client journey. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, interactions with Product Management, Development, Operations, and Product Support, client enablement, deployment support, and post-deployment technical relationship management. You will work directly with sales teams, client success teams, and clients to accelerate deal/renewal progression and closing. Partner with product support and development to define technical solutions for client issues. You will be a partner to Operations as clients are brought into production on the Wellhub platform.
Impact:
- Define integration with client processes/systems for fast sales cycles and post-sale satisfaction.
- Handle client information security due diligence reviews.
- Drive platform/process enhancements (requirements, designs, reporting) to Product Management and Development.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, system development, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
- Implement best practices for problem resolution and customer relationship management.
- Be the primary point of contact for the client's Technology team.
- Identify and resolve integration, implementation, and activation issues.
- Assess client technical needs/capabilities.
- Provide implementation scheduling, technical issue resolutions, and general advice.
- Provide responsive customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Engineer, record, and document integration solutions.
- Learn, implement, and teach best practices for the Wellhub platform.
- Contribute to product documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales.
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, JWT SSO implementations.
- English/Spanish proficiency.
- Experience with SFTP and file transformation.
- Knowledge of information security concepts/requirements.
- Experience with APIs and SaaS platform integrations.
- Understanding of enterprise business systems (Payroll, HR).
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to do what it takes.
- Desire to learn technical & business skills.
- Proficient in integration concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for documentation.
Experience with: SAML, OAuth, JWT SSO, API integrations for a SaaS platform.
Salary: $127,357 - $143,277 USD (New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Washington). Salary range may vary in other locations.
