Responsibilities:
- Managing a growing team of Customer Success Managers in your region.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
- Coaching and leading CSMs to help customers achieve goals.
- Building, Scaling, Owning, Optimizing, and Impacting the revenue stream.
- Maximizing Customer Success team effectiveness and customer growth.
- Analyzing customer and product data to improve revenue growth.
- Partnering with Operations to design, implement, and automate processes.
- Improving team efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience leading a CSM team within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage team to meet or exceed renewal and retention goals.
- Data-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries/time zones.
- Experience working on remote teams.
- Based in EMEA timezone (preferred).
- Fintech or HRTech experience (preferred).
- Experience working at a high-growth startup (preferred).
