Job Details

Rarible is at the forefront of Web3, seeking a Director of Sales to elevate our sales strategy and execution. Ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in tech or SaaS, ready to lead a dynamic team in a rapidly evolving environment.

This role involves leadership, strategy, and collaboration. You'll guide a team of four experienced sales executives, developing and implementing a high-level sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-level sales strategy aligned with Rarible's goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of sales executives.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to close deals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Set and track KPIs to monitor sales efforts.
  • Represent Rarible at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in tech or SaaS sales with 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong drive to succeed and ability to inspire and lead.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • (Preferred) Experience with Web3, blockchain, or NFTs.

Compensation includes base salary, stock options, token grant, and commission. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $350,000 - $400,000.

Final offer amount is at the company's discretion and depends on experience, location, and other factors.
