E-Commerce Sales Account Executive is responsible for prospecting, nurturing, and closing new e-commerce clients for consulting and implementation services. Requires strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finding and closing deals through outbound activities.
- Prospecting, qualifying, nurturing, and engaging with e-commerce companies.
- Leveraging a strategic advisory style to network, place calls, and employ diverse marketing strategies.
- Prospecting and closing deals beneficial for both clients and company.
- Nurturing relationships and collaborating with e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Magento, etc.).
- Attending conferences, trade shows, and traveling to meet prospects.
- Meticulous record-keeping in Hubspot CRM.
- Managing the sales process independently.
- Contributing to the sales playbook by updating strategies and adding resources.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrable sales experience in consulting or solutions sales.
- Strong experience with e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.).
- Team player with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to connect with the "right" people and create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Understanding of the bigger picture in clients' long-term strategy.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary ($100,000 - $140,000), incentive plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.
