Job Description 

Join our Mariana Tek division as a Enterprise Account Executive to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences. 

In this revenue-generating role, you’ll help us scale our client base while owning the entire sales process from lead generation through contract close. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in creating connections, building rapport with decision-makers, and exceeding quotas. You will provide product demonstrations to high level clients on Business Management Solutions. 

General AE Responsibilities and Essential Functions: 

  • Developing sales strategies and consistently meeting or exceeding quota 
  • Moving leads from a qualified prospect to a closed customer 
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products 
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers 
  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends 
  • Maintaining a database of contact information 
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience 
  • Handling complaints and negotiations 
  • Work to develop relationships and sell to potential customers  

 

Enterprise AE Responsibilities and Essential Functions: 

The following duties are additional responsibilities that go above and beyond the AE Role.  

  • Regularly consult/collaborate with Sales Leadership regarding market trends  
  • Relationship building in enterprise space including: creating bespoke outreach strategy, learning business operations, leading in-depth discovery etc.  
  • Create custom pitch decks for enterprise prospects 
  • Strategic relationship building in future go to market segments (eg: appointments) 
  • Share competitor insights across internal departments

 Required qualifications for this role: 

  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience 
  • 3+ years of enterprise industry experience a nice to have 
  • Knowledge of how franchise and enterprise boutique fitness brands operate 
  • Experience selling Business Management and/or other solution-based offerings requiring deep discovery and executive alignment 
  • Ability to manage high velocity and high complexity deals in a Mid-Market business environment 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, presentations skills, Power point and software demonstrations. 
  • Proven ability to effectively Generate leads, nurture and convert new business 
  • Proven success optimizing conversion of Marketing generated opportunities 
  • You have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully positioning solutions with executive alignment 
  • Demonstrable history of above-target performance, especially in a startup environment 
  • Proven ability to lead an effective sales process and close new business 
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends 
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Competitive, and goal-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced working environment and a team player
