Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for customer retention and success throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Fostering robust relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact, overseeing onboarding, successful implementation processes, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Execute a best-in-class Post-Sale Experience.
- Drive customer success outcomes and product value delivery.
- Maintain or increase renewal rates.
- Communicate revenue opportunities.
- Influence future customer lifetime value.
- Drive new business growth.
- Manage customer success activities: onboarding, maintenance, monitoring, training, live presentations, professional services, customer support, renewals, cross-sell/up-sell, advocacy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in an Account Management role
- Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Passion for identifying and solving problems
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Post-sale and sales experience (preferred)
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Experience with web commerce, web/mobile applications
- Knowledge of usability principles, universal design, and techniques
- Experience in fast-paced start-up environments
