Informa Markets, North America Business Engineering, is seeking a Partnership Fulfilment Coordinator to join their team.
This vital member of the Business Operations team will liaise with Marketing Teams, track and deliver Media Partnerships across multiple brands. Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Event Management, Operations) and Media Partners, this role reports to the Senior Sales Operations Manager.
Role Accountability and Duties:
- Draft, review, and send Media Partner Agreements for signature, ensuring clear terms and deliverables.
- Follow up with partners for timely execution and receipt of signed agreements.
- Oversee Salesforce Media Partner rate structures, updating and adjusting rate information.
- Establish and manage tracking tools to monitor Media Partner agreement progress and status.
- Review all Media Partner agreements for compliance with Informa policies and local laws.
- Coordinate with Media Partners to gather deliverables, scheduling and tracking timelines.
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for Media Partners during events, resolving issues and providing updates.
- Assist the Sponsorship Fulfillment Team, particularly during peak event times.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in the events industry, managing media partnerships, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with internal and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple agreements.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and maintain organized tracking.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of contract terms and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience working onsite at events as a key contact for Media Partners.
