This role is based in either Greenwich, CT or NYC, with designated remote work days.

Join our dynamic investment management team as an Executive Assistant, providing essential support to senior analysts and managing directors. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level executive administrative support to Managing Directors and Analysts.
- Act as a “gatekeeper,” managing complex calendars and ensuring schedules are respected.
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks: manage calendars, prepare expense reports, arrange detailed travel itineraries, and compile documents for meetings.
- Liaise with brokers, prepare confidential correspondence, and organize meetings.
- Research and prioritize incoming issues, determining appropriate actions and follow-ups.
Job Skills/Requirements
- 5-10 years of senior administrative support experience.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of CapIQ, Topia, and Concur is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
