What you'll do
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Bilingual Field Sales Representative to join our team in Fort Lauderdale to grow our footprint! We are looking for driven mission-minded salespeople who are masters at building relationships face-to-face, sharing business-building solutions, and passionate about empowering the small business community.
Please note candidates are required to be located in or Fort Lauderdale, FL
Your responsibilities will include:
- Hunting for new business within assigned territory
- Strong focus on client care and building relationships
- Results-driven attitude with a motivation to exceed sales targets
- Willingness to step out of comfort zone to achieve goals
- Understanding the importance of showcasing product value before making a sale
- Own and manage a pipeline of potential clients and take advantage of every opportunity to grow your book of business. Cold calls, walk-ins, sliding into DMs - you’re personable and persistent!
- Attend industry events to further engage potential and current Booksy users
- Set your clients up for success by conducting demos and educating them on all our app features and how they can best utilize our product for their business needs
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to thorough follow-up
Requirements
- 2-4 years of field sales experience is preferred
- Located in or near Fort Lauderdale
- Experience in the Beauty industry is preferred, but not required
- Experience selling for technology/ SaaS companies is a plus; as well as working with small business clients
- Experience in effective use of social media to reach business clients
- Experience with sales process focused on onboarding /activation
- English & Spanish Fluency is a plus (read, write, speak)
- Experience with utilizing Salesforce to organize your sales process and manage your pipeline
- Vehicle for transportation purposes

- Compensation: 60-70K base (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission
