Informa Foodservice Media Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. Responsibilities include:
- Networking and building client relationships
- Prospecting new accounts and industries
- Persuading others to purchase products
- Extensive use of Salesforce, LinkedIn, ClearSlide, email, Microsoft Teams, and phone to contact customers
- Complete knowledge of the FSM (Foodservice Media) product portfolio
- Identify prospective customers through prospecting using LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other tools
- Generate and convert leads to new customers
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Negotiating prices and preparing sales agreements with guidance from the client success team
- Collaborating with colleagues across different sectors
- Maintaining contact lists and following up with customers
- Answering customer questions
- Meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
- Managing a strong sales pipeline
- Adhering to CRM (Salesforce), business systems, and activity standards
- Capability presentations via Microsoft Teams video conferences
- Demonstrated experience in selling integrated marketing solutions
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding individual sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and sales closing skills
- Working independently and with strong work ethic
- Strategizing with prospects on how products address their marketing needs
- Navigating organizations, developing leads, and closing sales opportunities across departments
- Effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Leveraging industry knowledge and marketing trends
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Google Docs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation, marketing automation, and intent data solutions
- B2B sales experience
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 base salary plus commission.
