Job Details

Yellow Labs Software seeks a passionate Senior Partner Account Manager with knowledge of the Accounting or ERP industry and savvy tech skills. This role is responsible for helping drive the adoption and client conversion of/to CustomBooks™ within accounting, consulting firms, and software resellers (VARs). You will need to be able to question and probe stakeholders to uncover new opportunities and present solutions that demonstrate how CustomBooks™ can solve a firm's client-specific problems.

What will you do:

  • Demonstrating CustomBooks™ to Accountants and Resellers (Partners)
  • Working closely with Partners to ensure deeper adoption of the CustomBooks™ platform within an accounting practice or reseller
  • Engage in regular virtual and phone meetings with Partners to manage the pre-sales and project priorities
  • Assisting Partners with client data conversions and training them to be self-sufficient
  • Handling Partner technical questions and escalations
  • Updating CRM system with all client communications, including calls, emails, and meetings
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system of all practice staff and contact details
  • Responding promptly to all accountant/bookkeeper inquiries
  • Manage the creation of resources (processes/videos) for frequently asked questions from Partners
  • Earning the trust of our Partners and assisting them in converting their clients to CustomBooks™
  • Managing multiple ongoing projects related to our Partners and internal resources
  • Analyzing and recommending solutions for internal and/or client workflow efficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with Saas Solutions
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Keen sense of user experience and ability to empathize with customers
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills required
