Role Overview:

This People Operations Specialist role is critical to Chainguard's growth. The role goes beyond administrative tasks; it's about designing and implementing scalable people systems to support a rapidly growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle Support: Onboarding, offboarding, HR support.
• Process Improvement: Enhance People-related systems (benefits, onboarding, HRIS).
• Systems Management: Maintain accurate people data for reporting and insights.
• Compliance: Stay current with employment laws and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Leave Administration: Manage leave requests and balances.
• Benefits Support: Primary contact for employee benefits questions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with People, Finance, IT and other teams.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Expertise with HR systems (HRIS, ATS).
• Passion for exceptional employee experiences.
• Understanding of employment regulations.
• Experience with global teams (EOR).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
