The Role
We seek an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a background in healthcare B2B and B2B2C strategies.
This role will drive product success by translating market insights into strategies, ensuring departmental alignment, and communicating value to customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand healthcare trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Identify and segment target audiences, creating buyer personas.
- Develop and articulate clear product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with product management to align product capabilities and market needs.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Define KPIs and track product marketing initiative performance.
- Partner with sales teams to develop tools and resources (e.g., pitch decks, case studies).
- Communicate value propositions and differentiation to sales teams.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success.
- Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive demand for both B2B and end-consumer products.
- Support customer retention strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in product marketing, focused on healthcare B2B and B2B2C.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market.
- Proven experience with market research, positioning, and go-to-market strategy development.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical and interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with product management processes and agile methodologies (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare management, or related field (preferred). An advanced degree is a plus.
