Full-Time Restaurant Business Consultant

Field Operations Consultant role focuses on collaborative business assessments for multimillion-dollar restaurant owners, offering solutions for business improvement. Our cohort program provides training for a smooth transition into McDonald's.

What you'll do:

• Conduct objective evaluations of restaurant performance (customer experience and operations).
• Protect the McDonald's brand by identifying and addressing customer experience risks.
• Partner with and support franchisees and restaurants.
• Recognize patterns and expertise in common restaurant performance issues.
• Travel to restaurants for site visits.
• Develop expertise in Restaurant Department Management systems.
• Evaluate root causes affecting franchise restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze restaurant performance, identify brand risks, partner with franchisees, and develop solutions for improved operations.
