The RoleWe are looking for a resilient and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our AI sales team in Spain. This is a unique opportunity to drive the growth of NOA, our advanced AI-powered platform, specifically designed to revolutionize healthcare. This exciting role will focus on identifying potential customers, generating leads, and initiating meaningful conversations to expand our footprint in the healthcare sector.
Your Main Tasks Will Include:
- Outreach (60%): Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Lead Generation (30%): Research and identify potential clients.
- Qualification (10%): Engage with prospects to qualify them.
You'll work closely with Sales Executives AI, the Sales Leader AI, the Operations team, and other key stakeholders to achieve our sales goals.
What Will Make You Shine
- Experience: At least 1 year in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or a similar sales role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish: Fluent Spanish.
- Resilience and Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges.
- Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Familiarity with AI technologies, CRM software, and sales tools. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical skills.
