Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role: This role is for generating qualified leads and scheduling product demos for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outreach: Initiate personalized outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn). Manage daily activity targets.
- Prospect Research: Identify and segment prospects that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Demo Scheduling: Engage prospects to uncover pain points and solutions, schedule demos. Ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, tracking engagement and follow-ups.
Required Hard Skills
- Experience with outreach tools (Orum, LinkedIn, Gong, etc.)
- Proficient in HubSpot for tracking and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Metrics-driven approach.
