Job Details

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, generating, and qualifying new business opportunities for the sales team across Mexico and the U.S. This role will be responsible for building a high-quality sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Conduct market research to identify target customers, key contacts, and decision-makers.
  2. Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other channels to generate qualified leads for Shiji solutions.
  3. Qualify and process inbound sales leads promptly.
  4. Assess sales leads based on desire, budget, authority, and need criteria, scheduling appointments.
  5. Reach out to potential customers to encourage participation in Shiji-hosted events.
  6. Assist in the setup and preparation for events, ensuring a seamless experience and representing Shiji at key events.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and target markets, analyzing and documenting competitive insights to strategically position Shiji solutions.
  8. Implement and test new outreach techniques periodically.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contact information in Zoho CRM.
  10. Collaborate with assigned sales executives to refine outreach strategies.
  11. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, and engagement.
  12. Bilingual in English and Spanish
  13. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up capabilities
  14. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  15. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  16. Demonstrated customer-first approach
  17. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  18. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality software industry
  • Demonstrated consultative sales skills
