We're seeking a dynamic Sales Director, Growth (SDG) with passion for digital advertising, coaching, and achieving sales excellence.
This role focuses on expanding our presence in North America, leading Growth Account Executives, building net-new business pipelines, and closing new accounts at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor Growth Account Executives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies with senior management.
- Performance Management: Coach and mentor team using tools like salesloft, gong, and salesforce.
- Client Engagement: Engage directly in client meetings and support AEs in closing deals.
- Market Expansion: Partner with product and marketing teams to develop Go-to-market strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance processes.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in sales management with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Excellent understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and the media buying process.
- Preferred experience in eCommerce, Retail, and CPG.
- Exceptional presentation and client relation skills.
- Ability to manage remote teams across various locations and time zones.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (salesloft, gong, salesforce) is desirable.
- StackAdapt platform experience is a plus.
