Job Details
Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, community outreach, and marketing leads.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and lead conversion.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach target markets and demographics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, manage client relationships, and generate reports.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the sales process.
- Attend community events, seminars, and workshops to promote our services and network with potential clients.
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market insights, client needs, and potential growth opportunities.
Client Onboarding
- Work closely with the Client Success Manager to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Assist in onboarding, providing necessary documentation and information to new clients.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate but optional in a sales role, preferably in healthcare, aged care, or disability services. Our team will be assisting you in the training and providing you an end to end service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for client meetings and events.
Desirable:
- Experience in the NDIS or Ageing Support sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with local community groups and networks.
