Job Details
We are responsible for customer account development to sell various services offered by the organization. Our primary responsibility is to drive sales for the Retail Index portfolio and also responsible for opening commercial discussions for other verticals.
Job Purpose: Support the commercial team in administrative, pre- and post-sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage billing; collaborate with billing team & monitor invoices for accuracy and timelines.
- Ensure all billing details align with client contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
- Manage and update client accounts with correct data.
- Keep records of clients' financial documents (including contracts & purchase orders).
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Develop a structured process for payment reminders, escalation locally and regionally.
- Work with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Keep continuous contact with clients to avoid delays and explain NIQ processes.
- Track key financial metrics (billing accuracy, payment timelines, DBOs).
- Support in getting the right reporting and be able to present this in relevant NIQ meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to billing and payments.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Address blocking points with clients and solve problems in coordination with the commercial team.
