**What You Will Do:
- Communicate product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, closing deals independently.
- Accurately forecast new business and revenue growth.
- Work with Sales Development, Account Management, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives and manage client expectations.
- Develop media plans to meet advertiser goals and negotiate contracts.
- Report to management with updates, feedback, and forecasts, consistently meeting revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of activities using HubSpot. - Sell to media agencies, brands, ecommerce advertisers, and product owners.
Requirements
Who you are:
- A strong desire and enthusiasm for sales.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in digital media in Polish market.
- Established connections with media agencies and direct advertisers.
- Understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, online marketing KPIs and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from client interactions and data trends.
