Keeper Security is hiring a Senior Director of MSP Sales to support the Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas and drive revenue growth within the MSP segment.
This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the MSP channel to achieve revenue growth targets and expand market share
- Build and lead a team of sales professionals to drive partner acquisition, focusing on continuous improvement and employee engagement
- Lead, train, and inspire the sales team
- Establish and maintain scalable sales processes
- Cultivate and grow relationships with key MSP partners
- Partner with the channel team to develop and maintain relationships with key partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop materials, training, and resources
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to MSP partners
- Lead regular business reviews with MSP partners
- Create dedicated outbound motion for targeting relevant ICPs
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline
- Represent Keeper at industry events
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and report on sales performance metrics
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align channel sales goals
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience in a B2B software or technology company
- 4+ years in a leadership role
- Experience selling in the cybersecurity space
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem
- People management experience
- High levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership
- Effective at driving complex processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree
