Role Overview:
As the Senior Sales Executive for APAC, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the region. This is a key role that requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to make a substantial impact on the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the APAC & Oceania regions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions and other target industries. Understand their needs and position Flagright's solutions effectively.
- Sales Execution: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients. Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance Flagright’s offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Head of Sales and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities and progress.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Contribute to the company’s ambitious goal of quadrupling revenue in the next two years.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to identify innovative sales approaches and solutions. Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industry. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in compliance, AML, and risk management. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the APAC region is a plus.
- Sales Expertise: Exceptional sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Ability to articulate complex solutions and demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with a proactive and innovative approach to sales. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
