Press Ganey has an exciting opportunity for a Solution Sales Director, whose primary responsibilities are to drive growth and expansion of solutions in the defined territory.
Our solutions unlock deep insights across the member journey for health plan clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead business development efforts across the Market, understanding white space for new business.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert of the Consumer Experience platform and demo solutions.
- Partner with the sales team on sales cycles or manage full sales cycles. (Flexible)
- Lead and inspire clients, setting a vision using Press Ganey's Member Experience solutions.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of client problems and how solutions meet those needs.
- Navigate Press Ganey to leverage experts, executives, and sales engineers in the sales process.
- Lead RFP Win Strategy and proposal development, partnering with Field Operations for compelling deliverables.
- Lead contract negotiation discussions.
- Prospecting and cold calling to generate leads/net new business.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Inside Sales to execute prospecting strategies.
- Make sales presentations to customers and prospects at all levels.
- Highlight benefits and competitive advantages of solutions.
- Formulate a targeted growth plan, including lead generation, qualification, and closing strategies, partnering with Marketing and Inside Sales.
- Exhibit strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Role model adherence to sales process and Salesforce.com use.
- Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Maintain ongoing calls and communication with sales team, including 1:1 meetings and Salesforce reporting.
Work Model: Hybrid. Office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) near Chicago, South Bend, or Boston; otherwise, remote.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years sales and/or business development experience in Member Experience.
- Health Plan experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of strategic planning, execution, budgeting, business development, and sales.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Flexible to travel up to 50%.
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 (base)
