Press Ganey has an exciting opportunity for a Solution Sales Director, Member Experience, to drive growth and expansion of solutions in the defined territory. Solutions unlock insights across the member journey for health plan clients.
Improve member experience, reduce churn, and enhance Star Ratings to accelerate plan performance. This starts with feedback, insights, and analytics.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead business development efforts, understanding white space for new business opportunities.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Consumer Experience platform, demo solutions to prospects.
- Partner with sales team on sales cycles or manage the full sales cycle (flexible).
- Inspire clients, set a vision for leveraging Press Ganey’s Member Experience solutions.
- Exhibit strong knowledge about client problems and how solutions meet those needs.
- Navigate across Press Ganey to leverage experts, executives, and sales engineers.
- Lead RFP Win Strategy and proposal development.
- Lead contract negotiation discussions.
- Prospect and cold call to generate leads.
- Partner with Marketing and Inside Sales to execute prospecting strategies.
- Make sales presentations to customers and prospects.
- Highlight solution benefits and competitive advantages.
- Formulate a targeted growth plan (lead generation, qualification, closing strategies).
- Partner with Marketing and Inside Sales to execute.
- Model strong adherence to sales process and Salesforce.com usage.
- Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Maintain communication with sales team on growth pursuits.
Hybrid Working Model: Work from home, office three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Qualifications:
- 10+ years sales/business development experience in Member Experience.
- Health Plan experience.
- Blue's Health Plan experience (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Strategic planning, execution, budgeting, business development, and sales experience.
- Solid leadership and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Flexibility for 25-30% travel.
Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary (not typical at top of range). Bonus/commission tied to achieved results.
