Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Opportunity: We're seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist on a full-time basis to drive our recruitment process and attract A+ talent for our client companies in a long-term, rewarding role with growth potential. We're a fast-growing recruitment agency connecting top 1% talent with ambitious companies worldwide. Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 per month. Location: Remote. Schedule: 1 PM - 9 PM Philippine Time. Experience: At least 3 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter.

Your Goal: Own the full recruitment cycle while finding ways to make it faster and better. You'll analyze client needs, create targeted job profiles, screen quality candidates, and manage placements – all while using data to improve processes and bringing fresh ideas to the team.

1. You're a Recruitment Expert: You have proven experience in agency recruitment across diverse industries. You excel at remote hiring and virtual candidate assessment.
2. You're Independent & Strategic: You take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle by strategically thinking ahead and considering the potential consequences of your decisions. You make data-driven decisions independently with minimal guidance.
3. You're Process-Oriented: You create and optimize hiring workflows. You leverage technology to improve efficiency.
4. You're Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with Workable and other ATS platforms. You understand how to use technology to scale recruitment operations.
5. You're Growth-Focused: You're excited about scaling with a growing business. You continuously seek ways to improve and innovate.
