- Lead hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs.
- Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to craft winning strategies.
- Empower dealer teams with training and resources to optimize business growth.
- Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, dealers, and contractors.
- Maintain high standards for deliverables.
- Champion the company's reputation as a sales leader.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Work Ethic with a positive attitude.
- Post Secondary Education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry.
- Experience in building sales action plans and customer relations.
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada.
- Must have easy access to Chicagoland area.
- Overnight travel is to be expected.
