- Lead hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs.
- Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to craft winning strategies and identify competitive advantages.
- Empower dealer teams with training and resources to optimize business growth.
- Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors.
- Maintain high standards for deliverables, including visual appearance, branding, and user experience.
- Research and share innovative product placement examples on social media platforms.
- Champion the company's reputation as a sales leader.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic with a positive "Can-Do" energized attitude.
- Post Secondary Education.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (Selling or installing).
- Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events and building customer relations.
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training/meetings.
- This job is home office-based with daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Must have easy access to Chicagoland area.
- Overnight travel is to be expected for sales and training purposes.
